21st Century Digital Assets Trading
At Alpine Equity Fund Group, also referred to as ("Alpine Equity Fund") , we seek to profit from incremental market movements in the price of target assets. We identify sectors that are ripe for mass disruption, then look for asymmetric risk and reward on a per asset basis. We participate in trading stocks, options, ETF's, futures, bonds, commodities, crypto and other qualified digital assets. Trading is very different than investing, in that it demands acute focus on market positions, valuation, trading volume, asset price fluctuations, momentum, timing, and the efficiency of the buy sell marketplace. Trading activity usually involves frequent buying and selling of positions that may repeat over a given day, week(s) or month, but may potentially last as long as nearly one year in accordance with the annual mark-to-market requirements, pursuant to a valid 475(f) election or any other rules as amended periodically in Federal tax law. More typical trades range from same day to weeks and sometimes up to a month or more.
